BEEOGRAPHY honey is a pure natural product that is collected in selected areas of the Greek province, using the most traditional methods. The varieties are distinguished by flavors and aromas that we find locally in different areas.
Our News
Honey tends to crystallize. Initially, crystals form on the bottom and walls of the container. New crystals are constantly added which generally give an unpleasant image to the honey.
A 2007 study examined the differences between nectar and honeydew honey. The conclusion was that honeydew honey is superior to nectar honey.
